Fusiona-Videt is a phenotypic screening platform designed with synthetic biology, genetic engineering and artificial intelligence to deliver more data in a fast and integrated manner and this is its application to search for anti-tumoral molecules.

Fusiona-Videt Câncer is our application focused on the discovery of antitumor drugs. In this approach we propose the analysis of phenotypes and targets that are most widely aimed in traditional chemotherapy and as therapy adjuvants.

Our approach

Our approach consists in imaging and analyzing a population of cells containing fluorescent markers for specific phenotypes overtime. This allows the quantification of several phenotypes such as DNA damage, apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, senescence, autophagy, ER stress and several signaling pathways during many time points after addition of the treatment, observing acute and chronic effects of molecules on cell's phenotypes.

And as Fusiona-Videt allows us to see phenotypes with new lenses, we can also find other potential applications to the molecule.

Assay personalization

The next step is the assay personalization. Don’t worry, our team will give all the support needed.

  1. 1. Choose the desired cell line.
  2. 2. Choose cell markers. The standard measures will always include cell population doubling time, cell morphology, DNA damage, and cell senescence.
  3. 3. Choose the imaging interval between acute or chronic. You can also customize the time intervals between photos.

Wait for the report

The assay will be performed and you will receive a detailed report with all our findings.
